Founded in 1985, Vinda is committed to the philosophy of “Healthy Lifestyle Starts with Vinda” and has striven to provide high quality hygiene products and services. Today, Vinda’s core business segments Includes tissue, incontinence care, feminine care, baby care and professional hygiene solution under key brands Vinda, Tempo, Tork, TENA, Dr. P, Libresse薇尔, Libero and Drypers. Vinda has a total of 13 state-of-the-art production bases (10 in mainland China, 1 in Taiwan China, 2 in Malaysia).
Vinda aims to become a leading hygiene company in Asia. In 2014, Vinda integrated SCA’s* businesses in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR China and Macau SAR China. In 2016, Vinda integrated SCA’s* business in Malaysia, Taiwan China and South Korea, marking a milestone for expanding to Asia market.
Vinda went public on the main board of the stock exchange of Hong Kong SAR in 2007 (stock code:3331). In 2017, Vinda has been selected as a constituent of Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index.
