Vinda International Group went public in HKEx

Vinda International Holdings Ltd (stock code: 3331.HK) began trading its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Jul 10th,2007. Chairman and CEO of the Group Li Chao Wang, COO and executive director Yu Yifang, CTO and executive director Dong Yiping, and CFO Zeng Sihao attended the IPO. Non-executive director Li Guangsheng, Liang Bingcong, Asian Pacific President Rijk Hendrik Jan Schipper from SCA, Zhao Bing from SCA etc, also attended the IPO. 

That night, Vinda held a celebration dinner during which Chairman Li addressed his guests. He briefly talked about Vinda’s now and then. Governments in Jiangmen, Xinhui district, Xiaogan, Deyang, Beijing and industry associations all sent flower baskets. Government leaders from Jiangmen even showed up for the dinner. 

From due diligence investigation to the hearing, it only takes Vinda 4 months to go public, which best shows the company’s efficiency in operation. With Vinda shares starting to trade in HKEx, we wish we can make a better future.
